Interestingly, Kenan had previously discussed Steve’s reaction to his impersonation in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “Steve wasn’t overly excited about it in the beginning, but he grew to love it. I don’t do it out of any malice,” he told the outlet in July 2020.
